Habitat for Humanity/7 Rivers Maine brings families and communities in need together with volunteers and resources to build decent, affordable houses.
ReStore

The Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a discount retail outlet open to the public that sells new and lightly used building materials, fixtures, furniture, appliances, tools, and other surplus items donated by individuals, contractors, and businesses.  Some of the materials will be used directly in the construction of Habitat homes, and the rest will be offered to the public at bargain prices.  Proceeds from the ReStore will help fund the construction of Habitat homes within our 31-town service area.  In addition to raising funds, the ReStore helps the environment by rechanneling usable materials away from our landfills.

Who benefits from the ReStore® ?

Customers: Save 50% to 90% off retail prices on home improvement materials of all kinds.

Donors: Receive a tax deduction when donating new or lightly used building materials or furnishings AND help improve our community.

Community: Proceeds from the ReStore will help build additional Habitat homes in the MidCoast Region.

Earth: Reduce the amount of usable building material that is going to a landfill.
